OK, well, I’ve been ambling along with various routines, and it hit me today, while a guy three times my age repped 225 lbs, that my lifts are pathetic. Bench: 140lb max Squat: 145lb max Deadlift: a little more than 200lb max Anyway, I’m eating a lot more now, bulking, and I want to pack on some strength.

Back to the drawing board!
Ok so I’ve decided to switch from my regular 5-day split of: Mon-Chest/Tris/Abs Tues-Back/Bis Wed-Shoulders/Traps/Abs Thurs-Legs Fri-Bis/Tris (Light) Sat & Sun-Off (15-minute HIIT cardio on either day) Abs Im looking to try a new split that allows for more spaced rest time and recovery, being as Ive had an issue packing on mass. Im no noob Id like to believe and I have my diet and exercies in check (good form, low to moderate reps, average rest time, about 1-1.5 minutes between sets) Im 20, 5″11′, 143 pounds, super skinny i know but im making gains Im at about 6-7% BF so the fat gains are not a problem for me as is most. I was considering the Rippetoes or Bill Starr routines and ive read the sticking and done my research but all the routines just seem to bland and tedious (no offense to those for which the workout has shown great results) For the way i workout Im looking for more of a strength/size routine that emphasizes compound movements yet still implements a decent array of isolated movements to promote hypertrophy yet still provide me with the “pump” im looking for.
Help with routine
I am a beginner and ive looked through this site for workouts but there are so many that i cannot choose which one i should do. first i do not know which are effective and which are the routines appropriate for my goal. Can anyone provide me with a workout that will help me achieve the body i want
