Circuit training with weights?
Hey I have been doing circuit training with weights (free weights and machine combination but mostly free weights) I have 7-8 exercises that I have made for my lifting days to attack the specific muscle groups listed and I usually do 6-8 reps HEAVY each exercise without stopping till I get to the last one and get a One minute break. Now a main concern I had because Today I increased the weight I was lifting each circuit(set) and I failed miserably lol….

Where you hold a barbell above your head like you have just pressed it then you elevate your shoulders and lower them and repeat..
