mixing different muscle excercises
As is recommended, I workout a different part of my body each time. I workout every other day for two hours and rotate between 4 different workouts (arms, back, shoulders/chest, and legs). For each of these four workouts, i spend around two thirds of that time working out the specific body part of that day, but for the other third of the workout i do a set of excercises that i do every single workout.

Does my workout schedule need revision?
Hey guys, I’m one of those dudes who has poor chest development. My current general workout schedule is the following: Monday – Legs and Abs Tuesday – Chest Wednesday – Back and Abs Thursday – Biceps, Triceps, Forearms Friday – Shoulders and Abs Saturday – Just Cardio Sunday – Rest On all of these days except Sunday I try to do cardio in the morning or along with the gym session if I must.
