I’m currently 16, and just began a few weeks ago in bodybuilding and I was wondering if someone could help set up a 7 day home workout plan for me. I have access to dumbbells(only sometimes during the day so can you please suggest exercises that would not require them as well) and an exercise ball. Hey all, just started up my second try of the infamous SS routine. Feeling pretty good so far, but I’m slowing in progress both in the gym and at cross country practice. I realize that it will be difficult to make the weight and gains i need to perform SS effectively while running a few miles every day
