Hello everybody!!! I know you all read this question for a million times, but i will ask for your help again=) I am 25 , my height is 161 centimeters, my weight is 74 kilograms, my body fat percentage is around 30%.

Routine for the girlfriend..No weights.

My mrs currently has no gym to go to, so she asked me to create a workout plan she could do at home with an excersize ball. Her goal is to lose weight, tone up and generally get fit. This is what i came up with: Monday,Wednesday,Friday: HIIT cardio early morning after a SMALL breakfast (Sprint 30 secs, Jog 1 minute) Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday: Ball Squats – 2×12 Ball Hamstring curls – 2×12 Crunches – 2×20 Plank 2x – failure Chair Dips – 2×8 Ball push ups – 2×12 Sunday – OFF Just a rough idea,she hasnt started the routine yet so im guessing ill have to change the rep ranges to suit…And obviously change the routine a bit once she gets herself some free weights

Hey guys im new to the thread..i came to the site for adive towards body buliding and if anyone can offer adive please do..im currently 5′9 and around 185 pounds..ive never rlly worked out before and was wondering what supplaments to get and a workout plan for me.. im am prolly around 30% body fat (ima fat boy) but i been wanting to cut down for summer..or should i just bulk up…i need all the advice i can get thanx..

Rate my wokrout days (gently)

I need help on figuring out if this is a sufficient day 1 and 2 workout plan to gain strength and mass and make sure im not messing with muscle groups that shouldnt go together. Please dont coment if I left a type of exercise out its because I’m limited to what I posted. Day 1: Incline Bench press: 5 sets 6 reps 85% of 1rm Incline dumbell press: 5 sets 6 reps 50lb dbs (a workout for my back, not sure yet) BB bicep curls: 5 sets 6 reps 55 lbs DB bicep curls: 5 sets 6 reps 20 lb dbs Push ups: decline/flat/incline 3 sets all until fail Day 2: Barbell Squat: 5 sets 3 reps 90% of 1rm Leg extension: 3 sets 10 reps 80% 1rm Leg curls: 3 sets 10 reps 80% 1rm Dumbell shrugs: 3 sets 10 reps 50 lb dbs Doing this the whole week 1 day off.
